Taxpayers in the category of cooperatives and trustees are reminded to submit their Income Tax Return Form (BNCP)for Taxation Year 2010, the latest by July 31.
The reminder is for those cooperatives and trustees who closed their accounts on December 31, 2010, according to the Internal Revenue Board (IRB) Malaysia.
The BNCP encompasses forms C, R, C1, TA, TC and TR, the IRB said in a statement here Monday.
IRB chief executive officer Datuk Dr Mohd Shukor Mahfar said the failure to submit the BNCP by the set dateline is an offence under subsection 112(3) Income Tax Act 1967.
The IRB has to date received 129,064 forms C, TA, TC and TR for the assessment year 2010.
This is 41 per cent of the total number of forms that are supposed to be received, said Mohd Shukor.
The submission of forms and payment of balance of taxes can be made through e-filing and e-payment at www.hasil.gov.my.
