The body of a youth was recovered from Raipur road, about 10 km from the city, on Wednesday night with throat cut with sharp edged weapons.
The police have started investigations after registering a murder case against unidentified assailants. The deceased has been identified as Dinesh Kumar (23) of Bhagat Singh colony, Hisar.
As per information, Dinesh Kumar, a laborer, returned home late on Wednesday night. Sometime later, an unidentified person called him outside and the victim never came back. His family members informed the police about his disappearance.
Rakesh Matoria, SHO city police station, said the police had registered a murder case and the begun investigations into the matter.
