Mila Kunis calls weight loss cynics liars

Actress, Mila Kunis says people who complain about not being able to lose weight are ‘lying’.

Kunis, who lost 20 pounds to play a ballerina in the Oscar-winning film Black Swan, has said the movie made her change her views on body image, and says she now believes, with proper diet and exercise, it is possible to reach your weight goal.

In the September issue of Glamour UK the 27-year-old admits: “I'm a huge foodie, I love food!" Kunis adds, “But when people say, ‘I can’t lose weight’, [I say] no, you can.”
After enduring a grueling workout regime for the role, she believes that those battling with their weight can shed pounds if they are truly motivated.
Kunis said, “Your body can do everything and anything. You just have to want to do it.”

Preparing for her role as Lily in Black Swan, Kunis went in for training three months before filming began. The actress’s weight dropped from eight to six and a half stone and Kunis said she was stunned at her body transformation.

"I had no shape, no boobs, no ass. All you saw was bone. In real life, it looked disgusting, but in photographs and on film, it looked amazing."
or this Hollywood star, the only way to stay grounded in an industry based on image is to stay positive. She said: “People are rejected every single day purely based on opinion, about who’s a good actress, who’s a bad actress, who’s pretty, who’s ugly, who’s fat, who’s skinny.

It is a positive attitude the key to weight loss success.
